1. How much are standard shipping charges?
All orders shipped to a destination within the United States or its territories, or to APO or FPO addresses, and to Canada are shipped free of charge.
Shipping charges apply only to expedited orders
2. How can I find out the status of my order?
You can find out your green clothing order status online immediately after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the My Account link at the top right corner of every page of our site. From there, you will be able to view information about your order when you log in.
You will only be able to track your order through your account if you signed in as a customer when you placed your order. If you signed out as a guest, you will be unable to track your order in this manner. However, you will still be able to track your order by clicking on the tracking number link that would have been provided to you when your order shipped. Or you can always email us at admin@FashionandEarth.com and we will be happy to provide you with order status.
3. How long will it take to receive my order with standard shipping?
For standard shipping in the U.S. or Canada, you should receive your order within 3 -5 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.
4. I want my order faster. Can I expedite my shipping?
You’ll see the following shipping options when you check out, in case you want to get your order even faster than the 3-5 days with standard shipping. Expedited orders placed before 1 PM Eastern on a business day will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day.
Standard Shipping, 3 – 5 business days (FREE)
Fed Ex Expedited, 2 business days - $25
Unfortunately, expedited shipping is not available for orders delivered to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Additional time is required for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.
5. Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
We ship to all US states and territories and also throughout Canada. We do not ship to any other international locations at this time.
6. Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
7. How much are shipping charges for returning an order?
There are no return shipping charges for orders originally shipped to a destination within the United States or its territories, or to an APO or FPO address, or to Canada. Click to see our returns process and how to print a free return shipping label.
8. How does this get it in 5 days or get it free guarantee work?
As a way of proving our commitment to you that we are serious about customer service, we guarantee that if you do not get your order within 5 days or less, you get it free, period.
The clock starts ticking as soon as you place your order and stops ticking once the order arrives at your local post office.
If the order was placed on a weekend, the clock does not start ticking until the first non-weekend or, non-statutory holiday day.
The 5 days or free guarantee does not apply under the following conditions:
- The customer has provided an incorrect shipping address.
- Foul weather resulting in greater then 24 hrs of delivery delays.
- Given the huge volume of activity, we cannot offer this guarantee during the month of December.
- 5 business days, does not include weekends or statutory holidays.
- Back order items are not included under the guarantee.
- If an order is placed by Paypal through a bank, we must wait for the payment to clear before the order can be shipped. In this case, we cannot guarantee our 5 Days or Less policy.
- If it is necessary to ship an item across border to fulfill an order, the 5 day or free guarantee will not apply.
- Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. or Canadian Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
