Returns are Easy with FREE Return Shipping!
We’ve set out to make shopping online for eco fashions better than any other shopping experience.
Believe us, we know that returning clothing is probably the least fun part of shopping. It’s disappointing enough when you get an item home and it doesn’t look quite how you thought it did in the store. Then you have to get in your car, drive back to the same store and wait in line all over again. And some online clothing retailers have a return process that makes the local return look effortless. Meanwhile you have to go without the item you thought would look perfect with that outfit!
Well, we haven’t found a way to eliminate the (brief) wait for your exchange or refund while your eco clothing is on its way back to us, but we can help by making the process as easy as possible – starting with free return shipping!
Here’s our Return Policy in more detail:
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your eco clothing purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund or exchange.
- You can return your eco clothing purchase up to 30 days from the purchase date. Clothes must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging.
- Return shipping is absolutely free. We will provide you with a pre-paid USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the original clothing manufacturer, as we will take care of everything for you.
- If you would like to exchange your order for another clothing item, no problem! Just follow the returns process below. You’ll see a place to identify the new clothing item you’d like in exchange. This information will be noted on the Return Confirmation Page that you’ll print out to include with the return shipment, and the exchange will be processed upon receipt at our warehouse.
How to Return/Exchange Fashion & Earth Eco Clothing
You can log into your account at FashionandEarth.com to fill out and submit a Returns Form online when you want to return or exchange a purchase. Here’s step-by-step what to do when you log in.
1. Log into My Account
2. Once you are logged in, locate and click the "My Orders" section which takes you to your order history page.
3. Find the applicable order and click the "View the Order" button to the right of the order.
4. On the the order summary page click the "return it for free" button.
5. Fill out the Returns Form choosing which product(s) you wish to return and whether you wish to return for exchange, refund or store credit.
6. Click the send button and your done - it's as easy as that!
7. Once all these steps have been completed, you will recieve a pre-paid Return label by email within 24 hours
8. Attach your return label to the outside of the shipping container. If there are any shipping labels, bar codes, or stickers on the corrugated box from previous shipments, please remove them.
And that’s it! Once we have received your returned organic clothing items at our warehouse, we will process your refund, store credit or exchange and send you email confirmation that your return is completed.
